Title: Narrow hipped ladies

Content: I was excited for this one to add to my steampunk collection. It fits small so go up 2 sizes since you want to wear a top with it (or invest in longer laces and restring).

It would be best for a narrower hipped lady as the edges bunch up (don't lie flat and streamlined) over a more rounded frame.
