Content: I ordered this one and it worked well even though I Am A Large and ordered a medium.. Lol (wrong size-never again)! Because it was not my size it worked well for two weeks but caused slight bruising on my back. It's healing well and almost unnoticeable but please order the right size so you will be satisfied. I'm ordering a new one in black and a large.! Love the company, service and products!
